Harness Master NSW is hiring right now for a full time outbound Sales representative to join our team in Rutherford.

Reporting to our Commercial Manager, this position is an important part of our sales team and plays a critical role in the success of our business.

Key responsibilities of the role

As someone who loves a challenge and has the ability to absorb technical knowledge. You will primarily be responsible for building market share through generating new sales opportunities within our target industries. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement territory/portfolio sales plans to achieve business objectives and assigned targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new leads within existing and new customer segments.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to showcase Harness Master solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals to secure sales contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage and report on sales activities, progress, and pipeline.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Reporting to our Commercial Manager, this position is an important part of our finance team and plays a critical role in our business’s success. Collaborating closely with our key business unit leads, this role needs an experienced, savvy and steady hand to keep up to speed with our fast paced and dynamic business.

Key responsibilities of the role

As an integral part of the Harness Master NSW team, the Accounts Officer role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
  • Conducting meticulous Bank Reconciliation.
  • Overseeing payroll function to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with financial reporting and management.

Harness Master NSW backs East Maitland Junior Rugby League Club with 2024 – 2026 Sponsorship

Harness Master NSW is excited to announce it’s support for the East Maitland Junior Rugby League Club (JRLC) for the 2024 – 2026 seasons.

East Maitland JRLC has enjoyed a proud history in their local area for an extensive period, with more than 250 junior registered players across 14 teams from 6’s to 7’s in the 2023 season. Harness Master NSW inks deal to support Warners Bay FC’s National Premier League Women teams

We are pleased to announce that Harness Master NSW has joined the Warners Bay Football Club team to support their National Premier League Women (NPLW) program for season 2024.

Harness Master NSW will be Warners Bay FC’s season 2024’s top back jersey sponsor, with their logo featuring on the top of all five NPLW Senior and Youth teams’ jerseys.

In recent years Warners Bay FC has placed an emphasis on the development of Women’s Football and grown to become one of the largest and most successful Women’s clubs in Northern NSW. The club has had a strong focus on providing opportunities for everyone, through  MiniRoos, Community teams,  National Premier League Women (NPLW) and Men’s Zone Premier League (ZPL).

Warners Bay FC’s NPLW First Grade squad were crowned Minor Premiers in 2016, 2017 and 2018 along with all 4 NPLW teams semi-finalists in the 2019 season.
